    Typically, I like Sonic, even though the prices are a little high for a meal. Usually the food is pretty good, the service decent, and most of the stalls work. It seems lately that when I've been there, it's a hit-and-miss which one will actually work.  Plus their marquee doesn't work anymore. It seems like it's been going downhill lately.

    Slowest Sonic I have ever been to - waited over 25 minutes for food in drive thru. I should have looked at reviews first, because they all say the same.

    OMG.....service is so slow. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes for food. Wanted to ask for refills on our drinks by the time we got our food.

    HORRIBLE!!! We waited for 25 minutes to order, and NEVER had our ordered taken despite the fact that people behind us ordered and had food delivered.  We left with disappointed kids and empty stomachs.

    Had terrible service several times. I've ordered two slushes before and took me 1/2 an hour to get them as I parked. Suggestion, go through the drive through for better service. Still, very inconsistent service from time to time. I've found hair in my hamburger the last time I ordered food so I've limited myself to drinks and ice cream there. I've heard from various people about experiencing terrible service there and not getting their food in a timely manner also. Hopefully this changes. No complaints about the customer service face to face, as they are always friendly.
